COVID-19 Prevention Statement

The safety of our customers is of prime concern. We are implementing all we can to ensure the safety of our customers, both online and those visiting our display and our market stalls.

Hygiene, Protective Wear and Vaccination

All our staff are fully vaccinated and boosted up to date. Hand washing, wearing disposable facemask (when appropriate) and safe distancing are required when dealing with visiting customers.

Order Handling and Packaging

Our staff continue to maintain hygiene when handling and packaging orders with hand washing and sanitising. Our shipment providers have assured us that their couriers and depot staff adhere to their COVID-safe management plan, which include contact-free deliveries and enhanced hygiene protocols.
